Come and experience the interactive and sensorial tour in 10 stages to discover the history of the olive tree and oil between past, present and future. Immersive videos, ancient tools and engaging installations tell the story of the Tuscan olive culture. And with the guided tour of the mill you will discover everything about production. Ideal for all ages.
TASTING
A unique taste experience: through guided tasting, discover aromas, flavors and properties of Tuscan oil. Taste up to 17 different extra virgin olive oils! Igp, dop, organic, grand cru, monocultivar, flavored… And many traditional and gourmet gastronomic specialties made with our oil, both savory and sweet.
