The SuprEvo project developed from the experience of Oleificio Morettini, one of the major Italian producers of extra virgin olive oil.

SuprEvo is… the first multimedia
museum for oil in Tuscany
founded with the aim of spreading the culture, history and eminence of the olive oil sector. A tour through rooms with multimedia, interactive and immersive panels, the visit to a historical mill from the 1800s and the display of equipment used in the past for oil production: the museum offers the possibility to school field trips, visitors and tourists to enjoy a curious guided trip through the evolution of traditions and practices from 1800 to date, all with tastings.
